Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is famous for his part in the movie 'Birdman. An actor with a variety of talents, he's adept at playing comedic as well as dramatic roles. A multi-faceted actor, he is also adept in a variety of dramatic and comedic parts. He developed an interest in performing and acting while at the age of teen and attempted stand-up comedy while young men. While his stand-up comedy wasn't a success, it did in the development of his acting. Since he wasn't able to become acting, he chose to work as a TV cameraman. Through his work, he came to realize that he really desired to appear on camera. When he was offered a part on TV, he starred on numerous shows of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a natural actor and became popular quickly on television. In pursuit of his dreams, he began a career in film and gained fame due to his comedic parts. He earned further acclaim for his portrayal of the famous superhero as Tim Burton's Batman. As a mature actor, He also started to move into directing and producing. For his role in Birdman (2014), he won numerous awards and nominations.
